Return & Refund Policy – Trippy Canvas


How Do I Change or Cancel My Order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at cs@trippy-canvas.com. Please provide your Order Number and the specific changes you would like to make. We will confirm via email once the modification has been processed.

⚠ Important Note: Orders that have already been fulfilled or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.

Cancellation Fees: A management, processing, and transaction fee (20% of your total order value) will be applied to all cancellations to cover platform and gateway charges.

Return & Refund Guidelines


You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

✅ Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it. 

✅ Packaging: It must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.

✅ Proof: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return: Please email us at cs@trippy-canvas.com with the subject line: "Return Trippy Canvas Items". You must attach your proof of purchase along with a photo of the product/package condition.

Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

⛔ Non-Returnable Items:

No returns will be issued for sizing

Items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use (stains, odors, etc.) cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Customized/Personalized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective.

Requirements for a Refund


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

✔ The item(s) must be in original, sellable condition.

✔ Returns must be sent using an insured and trackable shipping method.

✔ Items must be postmarked within 30 days of the original delivery date.

💰 Refund Process:

Shipping Costs: Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Method: Refunds will be issued strictly to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Gift Cards: If you used a gift card, the refund will be applied back to the gift card balance; we cannot refund to a different payment method.

⚠ Important: We strongly recommend contacting our support team before shipping your return to confirm eligibility. If an item is returned without prior approval or does not meet our hygiene criteria, a refund will not be issued. Refund processing time estimate 15 bussiness day

 

🚫 No Refunds or Exchanges on Discounted Items


We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges on items purchased during a sale or special promotion. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Buy 1 Get 1 Free (BOGO) offers.

- Orders using discount codes greater than 10%.

- Free Shipping promotions.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

Contact your bank (processing time varies by institution).

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at cs@trippy-canvas.com.

Exchanges & Defective Items


We stand by the quality of our artwork and apparel. If you receive a defective or damaged item (e.g., printing errors, torn fabric, wrong size sent), please email us at cs@trippy-canvas.com with:

✅ Your Order Number.

✅ A clear photo or video of the defective/damaged product.

✅ Your complete delivery address.

✅ Your contact phone number.

🎉 Our Promise:

✔ 100% Refund if the issue is a manufacturing error on our end.

✔ Alternatively, a free replacement will be shipped within 3-7 business days.

 

What If I Received a Defective/Incorrect Item?


If you received the wrong product or a faulty unit, contact us immediately. In some cases, a photo or video is required for verification before we can issue a refund or replacement.
