Shipping & Delivery Policy – Trippy Canvas

At Trippy Canvas, we are dedicated to delivering our unique artwork and apparel to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process and policies.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 – 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

For custom-made or print-on-demand items, processing may take slightly longer to ensure the highest quality.

You will receive another notification once your order has officially shipped.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

Domestic Shipping (USA): 5 – 10 business days.

International Shipping: 10 – 20 business days (depending on the destination and customs clearance).
Note: Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Shipping transit times begin once the order has left our facility, not from the date the order was placed.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at Checkout.

We may offer Free Shipping promotions for orders that meet a specific minimum value or during special marketing events.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email notification containing a Tracking Number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

You can track your package directly through the link provided in the email or on the carrier's official website.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, Trippy Canvas is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs duties, etc.).
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for packages that are returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us at cs@trippy-canvas.com within 24 hours. Once a package has been shipped, we cannot modify the destination.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and take clear photos/videos for evidence.

Contact us immediately at cs@trippy-canvas.com to initiate a claim.

For packages marked as "Delivered" but not received, please check with your local post office and neighbors before contacting our support team.
